Nishi has 20+ years of experience spanning corporate structuring, fund governance, and regulatory risk, she has led multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks for clients ranging from sovereign funds to fintech startups. Nishi oversaw JurisTax’s expansion into the DIFC and created JurisComply as a next-generation RegTech platform to deliver fast, audit-ready compliance solutions. She is also a board-level advisor to financial institutions across the region. Nishi is an alumna of the Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she focused on Artificial Intelligence, business strategy and innovation.

Taroonah brings over 10 years of experience in corporate and regulatory services, with a strong focus on international market entry and business development. She spearheaded JurisTax’s DIFC launch and has led structuring mandates for clients across the GCC, UK, and Africa. Being the former Chief Compliance Officer of the JurisTax Group, her expertise spans Mauritius/DFSA compliance and practical exposure on cross-border corporate services. Taroonah also serves as a strategic advisor to family offices and regulated entities seeking regional expansion. Taroonah is a qualified practising barrister specialised in corporate and financial services.

Galvin is responsible for driving JurisComply’s commercial growth and market positioning across all operating jurisdictions. With extensive experience in business intelligence, partner relations, and sectoral engagement, he ensures the company’s offerings stay aligned with client needs and regulatory shifts. Galvin has built networks in the financial and legal services sectors of Mauritius, UAE, and Africa, and plays a key role in product development and go-to-market strategies.

Megashya manages the execution and quality control of JurisComply’s Mauritius-based compliance team. She oversees AML file reviews, BRA drafting, and ongoing monitoring service delivery for client entities. With practical expertise in FSC and FIU inspections, Megashya ensures regulatory alignment for all documentation output. She also supervises client-specific risk scoring and register maintenance under Section 17 of FIAMLA.
Senior Compliance Consultant & Training Programme Director
Gavish leads the company’s Training & Certification vertical and specializes in translating regulatory requirements into practical learning. He has designed AML/CFT workshops for DNFBPs, law firms, banks and asset managers. He is working with training bodies to build CPD-accredited courses tailored to different regulatory environments and client needs.
Business Development Lead (Dubai & Africa Markets)
Ashna specializes in client onboarding and market development for regulated firms across Mauritius, Dubai and East Africa. She brings strong regional knowledge of AML frameworks. Ashna has delivered compliance solutions for fintechs, CSPs, and law firms passing the regulators’ tests. She is the lead liaison for JurisComply’s partner ecosystem in the MENA region and represents the company at events and industry briefings.
